All items in this shop are made to order.
--Processing time: 2-7 business days
--Orders are made in sequence (first order in, first made).

Shipping Times (after dispatch)
United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
United States: approximately 7–15 business days
European Union: approximately 7–12 business days
International: 10-20 business days (depending on local customs)

Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or postal delays).

Wrong Shipping Information

Shipping labels are created based on the information you provide.

--If you notice an error, please contact me immediately.
--If the order has already shipped, please contact the courier directly.
--If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.
--If you choose a refund instead of reshipment, original shipping costs will be deducted.

Postage, customs duties, and handling fees are collected in the shipping cost at checkout.
